'Gang Leader' composer's political turn?

No one can forget the rapturous music of Chiranjeevi starrer Gang Leader which was released in 1991. The film was a blockbuster success and made Chiranjeevi the undisputed Mega Star. The film's hit was also attributed to the music director Bappi Lahiri who never wears less than half kilogram gold on him. Now there are reports that this hit music director will be joining BJP soon, which was confirmed by the party too!
