Vijay Deverakonda's movie "Family Star" released worldwide on April 5th on theatres. This family entertainer became outright disaster with mixed talk from day 1. The film had decent opening but crashed on Day 2 and ended it's run with recovery.

Distributors who bought thinking that this family entertainer will become good hit during this summer faced heavy losses. The team tried to push positive talk but they failed utterly.

As distributors demanding the compensation, recently producer Dilraju arranged a meeting with hero Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram. They also discussed why Family Star became flop at box office?

Our close sources reveal that Vijay Deverakonda and Parasuram agreed to give back part of their remuneration to compensate the losses. Dilraju will take care of this issue and start focusing on his next film Love Me release.

The movie "Family Star" is produced by the star producers Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of the prestigious production company Sri Venkateswara Creations. Successful director Parasuram Petla is at the helm. Mrunal Thakur stars as the heroine opposite Vijay. Vasu Varma is the creative producer of this film.
