Deepika Padukone is being replaced from Kalki 2?

Deepika Padukone and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga had a very ugly fallout with PR fights in media about casting her in Spirit. Many people tried to state that Deepika's open fallout could have affected her relations with Prabhas. As he is the leading man of Spirit, many thought she could be replaced from Kalki 2 as well.

The actress has officially joined AA22 X A6 film, starring Allu Arjun in the direction of Atlee. She is playing a warrior and her character introduction glimpses from the on-boarding video have been highly intriguing. The movie shoot will start soon and the makers are promising huge Pan-World sensation.

Putting an end to the rumors of her relations with Prabhas being also affected due to Spirit fallout in media, producers of Kalki - Priyanka Dutt and Swapna Dutt have confirmed that they have no plans to replace her. They stated that Deepika is part of Kalki 2 and 30-35% shoot for the second part has already been completed.

They did not confirm any deadline for start of the shoot but stated that Kalki 2 pre-production is happening. They have confirmed that they will give an official update when the shoot starts. Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan will also be integral part of the film.
