Deepika Padukone is 'Reckless' in xXx sequel

Deepika Padukone shared a 15-second-long video on her Instagram page and described her character as “reckless, fearless and relentless.” as she is gearing up for the release of her debut international film xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage,. The black-and-white video features a very serious and ‘reckless’ Deepika and sums up her character -- Serena in three words flashing over her image -- reckless, relentless and fearless. Going by the new teaser and some of the recent pictures shared by the film’s crew, the 3-year-old actress will certainly be ferocious. Deepika plays a character called Serena Unger, and stars opposite Hollywood star Vin Diesel in this sequel. Directed by D.J. Caruso, xXx: The Return of Xander Cage also stars Ruby Rose, Samuel L. Jackson, Donnie Yen and Tony Jaa, and is scheduled for release on January 20, 2017.
