Complaint against SANJU movie

SANJU- a biopic based on Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt has been in news for a long time. This time the film is appearing the headlines due to it’s allegedly negative portrayal about the jails. A scene in the trailer shows a toilet getting leaked. Activist Prithvi Mhaske objected to the scene in the film's trailer and has made a complaint to the Censor Board chief Prasoon Joshi. He complains that such scenes would show the jails in a very bad point of view. "As per the information available the government and jail authorities are taking a very well care of all the barracks of the jails. We never heard any such incidents anywhere.

Earlier as well many movies were released based on the gangsters where in the jails were covered but never had seen such incidents," said Joshi in his letter. Well as we are hearing such cases even as the film is yet to be released.... we probably have to get ready to hear a lot of accusations as the movie gets released.
