Udtha Punjab's court order to be out today

The fate of Udtha Punjab would be decided by the court today. The Bombay high court is set to rule on Monday on the cuts suggested by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to the movie. The ruling could be significant not only in terms of the freedom of expression aspect for film makers, but also the extent of powers of the censor board. This will hopefully end the controversy and signal for a release of the film this weekend.
