Thugs of Hindostan, which is set for a Diwali 2018 release has a stunning cast. Yash Raj Films (YRF) has managed a casting coup with roping in megastar Amitabh Bachchan and superstar Aamir Khan for the film. Amitabh Bachchan says his Thugs of Hindostan co-star Aamir Khan can be called a “great actor,” but not him. YRF is bringing the two stars together on the big screen for the first time with a whopping film budget of 160 crores, the costliest film of Aamir’s career yet. "Aamir can be termed 'great', not me. I have enjoyed his performances and his films. He is an accomplished actor and a great star," said Mr Bachchan when asked about the two great actors coming together. The film will be helmed by Vijay Krishna Acharya who also directed Dhoom 3. Besides this, the 73-year-old actor is also working on the third instalment of Ram Gopal Varma's Sarkar franchise. Though it was Hrithik Roshan who was supposed to be with Amitabh Bachchan in the movie, but he reportedly walked out of the movie because he wasn’t happy with the script.
