Indian movies seem to have found a cultural route to China. After the success of movies such as Dangal, Bhajarangi Bhaijan... Bollywood movies were able to mark some presence at the Chinese screens. Now its time for Akshay Kumar’s Toilet Ek Prem Katha to grab some profits in china. Though the movie was expected to be a disaster in China due to it’s rural backdrop of India, it has grossed 61 crores in it’s opening weekend climbing to no.1 position on the box office chart. Toilet Ek Prem Katha is a satirical comedy in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign to improve sanitation in India.
