After Fahadh Faasil Nivin Pauly joins LCU?

on Jun 3, 2025

Fahadh Faasil as Amar in Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram, made a great impact and he is going to be integral part of LCU in coming films. Now, another Malayalam star hero Nivin Pauly is entering the LCU - Lokesh Cinematic Universe, created by director Lokesh Kanagaraj.

He is not going to play a protagonist but he will be an antagonist in Benz. The movie stars Raghava Lawrence in the protagonist role and Nivin Pauly, will be the villain. Like Suriya, Nivin Pauly seems to be walking with a player and he has two fishes as his symbol. Official confirmation about his look will come tomorrow.

This movie is going to be directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan while Lokesh created the characters and gave story. The movie is also produced by Lokesh as well. Nivin Pauly made an impact as George in Premam, all over South India. He starred in Bangalore Days, Kayamkulam Kochunni, 1983, Thattathin Marayathu, Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, Jacobinte Swargarajyam and many more.

But he could not deliver box office successes in recent years and had grown obese too. He transformed into a healthy trim self and this seems to be his way of making a different comeback. In Tamil, he already did Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai which is yet to release in theatres.
