on Feb 27, 2025

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been the biggest fan of legend NTR. Even though we can argue that he is fan because NTR is his father but NBK has been more than vocal about his love for cinema and that is because of his father. From a long time, fans of the legendary actor have been asking governments to push for Bharat Ratna and finally, NBK seems to have finding right sources to make this dream come true.

TDP has been in power and been a strong presence in Indian politics but Bharat Ratna for Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao has always been a dream for many as different central governments kept postponing those requests. Now, NBK stated at a media interaction that he is anticipating Bharat Ratna to be conferred to NTR soon.

BJP and TDP are in coilation in Andhra Pradesh and giving the highest civilian award to such a great person won't be objected by any opposition. It would be a great political move for both parties to establish in the hearts of Telugu people as well.

NTR acted in 300 films in his 4 decades long acting career and served as Chief Minister twice for United Andhra Pradesh. And he showcased great concern towards people by announcing revolutionary schemes like 1 Kg rice for just Re.1/- and complete probhition of alcohol in the state. He is revered for becoming face and voice of Telugu people at National level as an actor and politician.
