Actor Suriya and Team 24 revealed the news that shooting of the film 24 have started today and this bilingual film is being directed by "Manam" director Vikram and Samantha is being casted opposite to suriya for the second time . AR Rahaman is the composer of this Sci Fi. Cinematography of the film is being handed by PS Vinod and art is being handed by Rajeevan.
As soon as he begun Anil Kapoor locked horns with Suriya regarding title controversy because Anil Kapoor is producing a tv series with same name 24 and it sparked a row, while Anil Kapoor said that he spoke with Suriya and he replied that he would get back to him after speaking to his team.
