Subtle director Gautham Menon seems to be facing a row of controversies. Earlier, a producer filed a complaint against Gautham for not keeping up his commitment. That was sorted out after huge effort and the case was closed. Right now, a bank is in the spotlight and they have put up a property of Gautham on auction. The market value of this place is 12 Crore now. A couple of builders are interested to take it but Gautam is hunting for all possible ways to pay off his dues to the bank. Only that way, he could retain the control on his property. Gautham is also busy with the pre-production of his upcoming flick with actor Ajith Kumar and apart from that, he will also be directing a film with Simbu on the main lead.
