Why is RGV Postponing the Release ?

Ram Gopal Varma and Manchu Vishnu are gearing up for the release of their upcoming project Anukshanam. The release was actually supposed to take place in August but now it has been postponed to the 12th of September. Anukshanam is releasing on the auction format that was recently introduced by RGV and Vishnu. The team mentioned that they received great response from public for this process and the censor process for Anukshanam has also been completed. When all things are in place, what exactly is causing the delay ? Is there an issue with the newly launched auction platform or is RGV delaying the release for some other reason ?
