Surya Maatran as Duplicate in Telugu

Hero Surya's forthcoming action thriller Maatran is set to release in Telugu as Duplicate. The film has Kajal Aggarwal playing female lead opposite Suriya for the first time in her career. Producer Bellamkonda Suresh has bagged the theatrical rights of the film in Telugu for a whopping price. Maatran was shot in picturesque locales of Russia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania and Macedonia. Currently, the production left to US to shoot the special effects scenes at the Stan Winston Studios. KV Anand who directed super duper hit Ayan (Veedokkade in Telugu) with Surya earlier is once again teaming up with the actor in this film. Duplicate is expected to hit the screens in summer in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music.
