Sumanth snatches away Naga Chaitanya’s role

The career of Sumanth has always been in doldrums. Despite being backed by his uncle Nagarjuna and Grandfather Nageswarao Rao, Sumanth couldn’t ground his place in Tollywood. However, he seems to have gained an unexpected victory this time. Sumanth is said to have been approached to portray the role of Akkineni Nageswara Rao in NTR’s biopic. In fact Naga Chaitanya was the initial choice of the movie makers. Chaitu has even played the role of ANR in Mahanati movie. However Krish, the new director of NTR biopic is said to have favoured Sumanth for the role. Sumanth is preferred as he looks certainly reminds ANR.
