Telugu Star Daughter Film Debut, But In Tamil

Angry hero Rajasekhar's elder daughter Shivani is all set to make her acting debut, not in Tollywood but in Kollywood. "Kumki 2" is the film which marks launch pad of Shivani. It is heard that, Shivani has even given a screen test. Official announcement of Shivani making film debut with Kumki 2 will be announced soon.
Kumki 2 is a sequel to the 2012 Tamil blockbuster "Kumki" which had Vikram Prabhu and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles. Prabhu Solomon who helmed the original version will also direct the sequel. Nevertheless, it's not quite sure yet if Vikram Prabhu, who played the lead in the first part, will be part of the sequel as well.
Shivani has prepared herself fully, before making film trials. As per reports, she has been trained in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi, as well as musical instruments such as keyboard, guitar and veena. She has also learnt singing and kick-boxing.
Kumki 2 will start rolling from July and it will be predominantly shot in the forests on the border of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
