Kick was a blockbuster hit in Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's career. Things changed for the actor after this film and the response was huge. As informed earlier, Kick 2 is shaping up pretty well and Kalyan Ram will be producing this film under NTR Arts banner. Kalyan made an announcement on this film today as 28th May marks the birthday of Legendary actor and Kalyan Ram's grandfather N T Rama Rao Garu. Looks like a different title will be given for the movie and the makers have mentioned that the story is also not like a sequel. Director Surender Reddy will be wielding the megaphones for this film. Rest of the cast and crew are yet to be decided and according to what Kalyan Ram said, the movie will ideally kick start in the month of July and shooting will begin in August !!! This will be the nest big film for Surender Reddy after his blockbuster flick Race Gurram.
