Jagapathi babu as YS Raja Reddy

Its a known fact that a movie is being made on the pada yatra made by late Andhra CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Malayalam star Mammootty is going to play the role of YSR in the movie. However here is another star that is going to play a key role in the movie. According to some sources Jagapathi Babu was roped in for the role of YS Raja Reddy, father of YSR. Raja Reddy was killed in a bomb blast in 1998. The film unit has decided that Jagapathi Babu could do justice to the role. Further, Jagapathi Babu is known for his close relations with YS Jagan which might have prompted the unit to take the decision. The movie is going to be relased by January 2019.
