Yesteryear star actress Radha has filed a cheating case against her elder sister Ambika, brother Mallikarjuna Kunjan Nair in Chennai. She met Great Chennai Police Commissioner with her complaint alleging that her sister and brother have cheated her to an amount worth Rs.46 crores over past few years. 

According to her complaint and details she revealed to press, she stated that she maintained a current account in the name of ARS Garden Studio and signed several blank cheques and kept them at her residence to cover logistics in her absence. She alleged that she cheques have been misused by drawing huge amounts. 

Radha explained that she changed the studio name to RR Gardens and accordingly, changed the bank accounts as well. She stated that until September 17th, she did not remember about the old account as bank informed her that they received 5 cheques for encashment in the name of her sister, Ambika. 

She further alleged that they have prevented her from accessing her share of family property documents. She alleged that her share of jewellery, property documents and valuable assets have been kept hidden from her over past few years. She asked police for swift action to investigate into allegations and strong, strict laws be employed on her family members, if found guilty.
