Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are coming together for the first time post their marriage with Ranabaali. The movie directed by Rahul Sankritiyan is about a rebellion happened between 1876 - 1878 with Britishers. Vijay is playing the leading cheftain who runs his forces against the Britishers. 

This is the first ever folk lore for the actor and Rashmika's photo with him close to the times did go viral. The movie shoot has been almost completed and makers have locked 16th October release date. Now, they announced that the first teaser will be unveiled on 9th September.   

The film also stars international actor Mummy fame, Arnold Vosloo as Sir Theodore Hector, a British officer. Ajay-Atul are composing music for the film and their back ground score is impressive for the announcement. Mythri Movie Makers are producing the film with T-Series presenting it. 

Vijay Deverakonda needs a big success at the box office to regain some of the lost market with his continuous underperformers. With Rashmika back as leading lady, the makers are expecting Geetha Govindham magic will work as it is not a complete out-of-box film like Dear Comrade.
