Boyapati Srinu, the highly popular big action film director, has confirmed that he is planning Akhanda 3 with Nandamuri Balakrishna but the duo have decided to give some gap before the third one. As their previous movie is Akhanda 2, currently, they both are busy with other projects and will decide about it after finishing them. 

The director visited Tirumala Tirupati with his family and confirmed to press that his next film script work has been completed and he will announce it later this month. He stated that after Akhanda 2 release in December 2025, he worked with his team to finalise his next project and he has finalised it now. 

Boyapati did not reveal the actor whom he is collaborating with or the production house. He just revealed that he has materialised all the details and he is ready to announce. About Akhanda 3, he stated that both him and NBK have decided to take a gap and announce the project.

NBK is currently recovering from his leg surgery after getting injured during the shoot of an action sequence on the sets of Dada. The movie is directed by Gopichand Malineni and it is locked for December 25th release. Later, he will join sets of Koratala Siva movie, in the production of Sudhakar Cherukuri.
