Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Duvvada Jagannadham marks 25th production venture for producer Dil Raju. Usually, Dil Raju makes small to medium range budgets and stars work with him even for less pay. Then, how much did the ace producer pay to Allu Arjun to star in his milestone film DJ.
As per insiders, Allu Arjun hasn’t charged a penny for DJ, but he was given distribution rights of Krishna, East and West Godhavari districts as his remuneration. Trade analysts calculate that the amount will be around Rs 15 crores, if rights of these territories were sold to other distributors.
In fact, this is good deal from both the sides- Allu Arjun and Dil Raju. DJ distribution rights for other areas were sold for staggering prices, as Allu Arjun is in career best form with his last outing Sarrainodu turning out to be a blockbuster.
Interim, DJ will have audio launch event on 11th of this month in Hyderabad, wherein pre-release function will be held in Vizag on 18th and theatrical release will be on 23rd.
