Some films did attract audiences but after a point they did not end up being such remarkable grossers that exhibitors and distributors expected them to be. They Call Him OG: Pawan Kalyan’s gangster drama delivered the year’s biggest opening day but struggled with high distribution costs. Despite high collections, the "massive acquisition price" pushed it into the "average/losing" category for many distributors.
The Great Indian Pre-Wedding Show: Starring Thiruveer, this quirky rural comedy was lauded by critics for its "Srikakulam flavor" and "unforced humor." It performed steadily as a sleeper average-to-hit, though its niche appeal limited a massive breakout.
Kishkindhapuri: Bellamkonda Sreenivas found a commercial success after six years with this horror-thriller. While not a record-breaker, its steady theatrical run and low-budget recovery earned it a "plus" verdict.

Daaku Maharaaj: Nandamuri Balakrishna’s mass entertainer performed well in rural centers but struggled to recover its heavy budget in urban markets. It remains a staple for the mass audience but finished as an average venture.
Kuberaa: The Dhanush-King Nagarjuna Akkineni multi-starrer was a critical darling for its unique narrative structure by writer-director Sekhar Kammula. However, it fell short of being a "hit" due to a heavy budget that proved difficult to fully recoup theatrically.
The Girlfriend & Sundarakanda: Both films found a second life on OTT platforms. While they didn't ignite the theatrical box office, their quality content ensured they were respectable average performers.
