Arjun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey has spoken out after a fake AI-generated video featuring her was circulated online. The actress has categorically clarified that the video is fabricated and condemned the misuse of technology to create such content.

Addressing the issue directly, Shalini wrote, “The video is completely fabricated and does not depict me.” She further called out the larger problem behind the incident, saying, “It is deeply disturbing to see technology being misused” to target and harm individuals, “especially women.”

The actress also made it clear that she does not believe such incidents should simply be accepted as another consequence of the digital age. “I strongly condemn this kind of abuse,” Shalini stated, stressing that the misuse of AI “should never be normalised.”

More importantly, Shalini appealed to people who encounter the fake video online not to help it spread further. She asked users not to “share, forward, download, or engage with it” and instead urged them to “report it immediately.” Her request was aimed at preventing fabricated content from gaining additional reach through social media engagement.
