Manchu Vishnu is trying to recreate the devotional magic of Devotee Kannappa tale on big screen with his movie, Kannappa. Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal are making cameo appearances in the film in prominent roles. Mohan Babu is also acting in a key role. 

The makers have unveiled first look of Prabhas as Rudra from the film, today. The movie makers have also confirmed the release date as 25th April 2025. Prabhas looks macho as Rudra, who is one of the most trusted followers of Lord Shiva. 

 

How his story will be connected to Lord Shiva and his devotee, needs to be seen on the screen. Prabhas fans would be happy to see him on big screen in such a powerful cameo, say movie makers. Manchu Vishnu is also producing the film on a lavish scale. 

Preity Mukundhan is playing leading lady role opposite Vishnu. Mukhesh Rushi, Brahmanandam are also playing important roles in the big budget devotional.
