Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is still trying his best to prove himself in the action genre and he is arriving with Pataas inspite of his recent films becoming a dud at the box office.

Anil Ravipudi was the writer for Aagadu directed by Srinu Vytla and he is now turning director with Pataas which is making Nandamuri fans worried. Aagadu had many shades of Gabbar Singh, and even then, the film bored audiences as dialogues were seen over the board even as the
story took a huge beating in the second half.

It has to be seen now whether Anil has learnt from the debacle to give scope for Kalyan Ram as a powerful cop and get the much needed success!
