Anaswara Rajan charms as Chandrakala from Champion

Meka Roshan, son of Srikanth, made his acting debut as leading man with Nirmala Convent. He got box office success with Pelli SandaD and now, he is working hard to become Box Office Champion, with a subject that explores a footballer who wanted to meet Britain Queen, during British India era.


Today, the makers have unveiled glimpse of first single, introducing leading lady Anaswara Raja's Chandrakala character. She is a playwriter and feels like she is not inferior to Queen. Her innocence and cuteness have been explored by director Pradeep Advaitam in the song, Gira Gira Gingiranivey.


The song composed by Mickey J Mayer, is set to be another lasting melody from the celebrated composer. Full song is releasing on 25th November as the movie is scheduled for Christmas release on 25th December. Anaswara's chemistry with Roshan is immediately apparent and promises to be a highly engaging element of the film's narrative.


Production values are good and frames are filled with lively energy and innocence staying true to the era. Champion is produced by Swapna Dutt and Umesh Kumar Bansal. The song is more impressive than the teaser which did go all over the place in tonality. Well, the makers are looking to build positive momentum and this looks like a good start.
