The wait for Thalapathy Vijay’s highly anticipated final film, Jana Nayagan, continues as the project awaits clearance from the Central Board of Film Certification. Directed by H Vinoth and produced by KVN Productions, the film was originally slated for a Pongal release but faced unexpected delays following a revising committee review.

Addressing the ongoing speculation, producer Venkat K Narayana recently provided a brief update during a temple visit. He confirmed that the team is currently waiting for the censor certificate but remains optimistic about a swift resolution. He stated that they expect the clearance to arrive anytime soon, assuring fans that the film will hit theaters at the earliest possible date.

When questioned about a specific schedule, the producer emphasized that an official release date will only be announced once the certification is fully secured. He promised that the team will give ample notice to the public and that Jana Nayagan will have a grand, worldwide theatrical launch.
