Sing Geetham is immersive and captivating - Shalini

Shalini Kondepudi playing antagonist in Singeetham Srinivasa Rao's Sing Geetham opened up about her role and shared details about the film’s unusual musical-comedy world and her experience working on it. Talking about joining the project, she revealed that she auditioned after learning that it is being directed by the legend. 

She shared that she is doing a strong character with negative shades. Further she revealed that Sing Geetham is set in a fictional village called Kuberapuram and revolves around a world where conversations flow like songs. 

She added that audiences will understand the reason behind people communicating musically only after watching the film. She also described the preparation process as one of the biggest challenges. Shalini revealed that the team attended multiple workshops as actors had to learn to deliver dialogues in musical rhythm rather than perform traditional songs. 

She thanked Devi Sri Prasad for helping them understand the rhythm. She further revealed that they completed depended on Singeetham and Nag Ashwin's directions to perform their roles. She concluded by calling the movie as completely disctinctive and captivating experience. Ayaan, Ahilya are playing leading roles in the film releasing on 11th June.
