Rajinikanth loves Kannappa and appreciates Vishnu

Superstar Rajinikanth has always been a great friend with Mohan Babu. They have maintained their frienship from 1970's to till date, literally, from the moment they entered films in Chennai. Their friendship is reverred as one of the best in Film Industry and Rajinikanth proved it again for Kannappa.
Manchu Vishnu and Mohan Babu visited Rajinikanth at his residence. They showcased him the movie and the actor appreciated Vishnu for putting in such gigantic efforts in making this movie. Vishnu got emotional as Rajini gave him a tight hug and he stated that it is the biggest compliment for him as he waited for 22 years to get it.

Prabhas, Mohanlal, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal are playing prominent cameos in the film as Lord Shiva, Parvati and his Shiva's various forms. Kannappa is the story of a great devotee who gave up his eyes for Lord Shiva in Sri Kalahasteeshwar form. The movie is releasing on 27th June all over.
