That Mystery Picture of Pawan's Family

A picture that is said to be Pawan Kalyan's family picture has suddenly emerged on the internet. With a Pawan's Fan Club itself sharing that the picture has Renu Desai and her kids Akira and Adya in the scene, it became a storm. But there is a mystery in this.
Apparently the picture shows someone, a lady, from the back, and she's not for sure Renu Desai, say people close to her. It looks like she is Pawan Kalyan's 3rd wife (1st wife Nandini, 2nd wife Renu) Anna Lezhenova and her kid. While Pawan has Akira and Adya with Renu, he has another daughter with this foreign wife. Also if the kid in the picture is said to be Adya, then it's wrong. Because Adya is much grownup than the kid we're looking in the picture.
So, who is in the picture now remains a mystery.
