KRK arrested for firing shots in Mumbai

Kamaal R Khan, the famous "2-rupee" critic of Hindi films and Deshdrohi producer-director, has been arrested by Mumbai Police. Allegedly, he fired shots near writer Neeraj Kumar Mishra's residence in Andheri. Police took him into custody from his studio and the investigation into the matter is going on.

Reports have suggested that KRK told to police that he aimed at a nearby mangroove bush closer to the residence but the wind direction has resulted in wrong aim and shots going further. He clearly stated to police that he never intended to harm anyone and he did not harm anyone either.

The controversial incident happened on 18th January and KRK did admit to firing four rounds from his firearms. Earlier, reports suggest that tracking the person who fired those gunshots had been hard to identify but technical analysis aided in identifying the culprit.

Currently, the police are investigating to find out if Ego clashes between the writer and KRK might have resulted in this firing out of spite. More details to be revealed by the police and they are completing their further investigation into this matter in all possible angles.
