According to media reports, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are expecting their first child. The actress is believed to three and a half months pregnant. The couple's photos recently surfaced on social media holidaying in London. If sources are to be believed the couple have gone to London to relax. Saif already has two kids, Sarah and Ibrahim, from his first marriage to actress Amrita Singh. Official confirmation on this is awaited.
