It Hurts When They Call Rape Symbol -Rashmi

Anchor Rashmi Gautham is very busy anchor at the moment who is running on the top of her career. But sometime back when she posted few pictures of her in tight and skimpy shorts on Facebook, there is a flock of comments heaped over her.
One such comment that has hurt Rashmi heavily is a guy saying that 'people like her have become rape symbols'. She explains, "We're casually using the word 'rape'. Personally I know people who have been rape victims and can understand the trauma they go through. That's why I've got hurt when they called me as a symbol of rape". And she finally states, "There is no point in reacting to all the criticism because I've more fans outnumbering these critics".
