HariHaran Intro – Born in a musical family, Padma Shri Hariharan is a well-known & renowned Indian playback and Ghazal singer. After pursuing his bachelor’s degree in science & law, he started his filmy music career after winning “All India Sur Singaar Competition”. Later in 1996, through his first album “Colonial Cousins”, he established himself as one of the pioneers of Indian Fusion Music.
Hariharan’s first ghazal album – “Aabshar-e-Ghazal” with Asha Bhosle was liked so much by the audience that it went golden in sales. A.R. Rahman was an avid listener of his ghazals long before the duo worked together.
Recently, in 2015 he was also a part of “Royal Stag Barrel Select MTV Unplugged”.
