Fifty day theatrical window for films before hitting OTT?

In response to the OTT effects on theatres, producer Bunny Vas said, "There is a crucial meeting happening tomorrow in Tollywood." We are told producers are aiming to provide a condition requiring a 50-day theatrical window before OTT release.'
The question that industry professionals and audiences are asking is whether the mandate of a "fifty-day required theatrical window for all Telugu films" is feasible in practise. Some producers are selling films to OTT for extra charge in return for an early release. It is not bad because OTT is surely preventing buyers from significant losses, as we recently saw with Acharya.
Tollywood personalities are expected to attend a conference tomorrow to discuss the mandated fifty-day theatrical window. We have to wait and see how this meeting goes and the results will help the cinema theatres.
