Deccan Chargers Rejects PVP Ventures

Noted producer, financier and educationalist Prasad V Potluri's PVP Ventures bid for the Hyderabad IPL cricket team Deccan Chargers has been rejected! Sources say that following some financier issues the deal has been scrapped. However, several sections of media claim that Deccan Chargers franchise has rejected the bid of 900 crores quoted by PVP Ventures. Ironically, Prasad V Potluri's PVP Ventures is the lone bidder from Telugu for the Deccan Chargers team. Videocon Group which is in the fray has pulled out itself in the eleventh hour from the bidding! So, the financial woes for Deccan Chargers continues and we have to wait and see who will acquire the IPL team of Hyderabad.
