Mass ka Das Vishwak Sen has already proved his directorial mettle and he is now back in the director's chair with India’s first slasher thriller, #CULT. The teaser was unveiled today, and it is every bit as raw and bloody as promised.

The teaser introduces us to a party in Goa with no laws and no limits. A mysterious hologram appears forcing the guests to play a deadly game. Those who lose are brutally killed slashing body parts. Amidst the chaos, Vishwak Sen makes a powerful entry, taking on the sinister organizers.

While the slasher genre is a rarity in Indian cinema, Vishwak Sen hasn't held back. His stylish framing, commanding screen presence, and unique world-building raise significant curiosity. He manages to handle the "slashing" with a sense of taste, making it thrilling without being unwatchable.

The film’s dialogue, written by Tharun Bhascker, feels perfectly apt for the gritty setting. In a bold move, the makers are introducing 100 new actors in the ensemble, with Gayatri Bhardwaj playing the leading lady. Produced by Sandeep Kakarala, the film boasts high-class production values.

Ravi Basrur is scoring music for the film. The teaser for #CULT has successfully set a massive expectation for action lovers, promising a stylish, high-octane experience on the big screen. Similarities with HIT 3 are uncanny but film looks different from the basic plot line.
