A land dispute involving Allu Arjun’s father-in-law Kancherla Chandrasekhar Reddy has now escalated into a criminal case, adding another twist to the long-running controversy surrounding a prime property in Nanakramguda.
According to the complaint, the dispute revolves around land linked to the Mantri Cosmos premises. Representatives of the residents’ association have alleged that Chandrasekhar Reddy, along with two others, entered the property and attempted to assert control over the disputed portion. The situation reportedly turned tense when residents and security personnel objected to the move.
The complaint also contains allegations of damage to property, confrontation with security staff and threats during the episode. Based on the complaint, Gachibowli police have registered a case and are looking into the allegations. CCTV footage from the premises is reportedly being examined as part of the investigation.

The development has naturally attracted attention because of Chandrasekhar Reddy’s connection to the Allu family. He is the father of Sneha Reddy, Allu Arjun’s wife, making the otherwise local property dispute a matter of interest in film circles as well.
For now, the case remains at the investigation stage, and the allegations made in the complaint are yet to be established. The immediate focus will be on the police probe and the competing claims over the disputed Nanakramguda property.
