on Jun 3, 2023

Clarity about Megastar Chiranjeevis cancer story?

Today Megastar Chiranjeevi inaugurated a cancer center in Hyderabad, During his speech, Megastar Chiranjeevi has made sensational comments about his health for the first time. He said that he was also susceptible to cancer, but by undergoing early treatment, he was able to escape from the clutches of that danger.

Chiru also mentioned that cancer could be prevented if people undergo regular medical tests. Also, he stated that he had undergone a colonoscopy, post which doctors removed non-cancer polyps. He said "This is the first time I am saying that this awareness is necessary for everyone."

He added "I reassure my fans and film workers, I will contribute my part to conduct cancer related tests under the auspices of Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust and Star Cancer Centre. Not only in Hyderabad and all the other districts in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana." Star Cancer Center also told Chiranjeevi that they will provide their support for this.

But, unfortunately, these words of Megastar were taken in the wrong way by a few who wrote that Chiranjeevi survived cancer after getting treated. Hence Chiru took to his Twitter and clarified to all his fans that he had just mentioned the need for regular health checkups and screenings.

He further asked the journalists not to write such nonsense things as he received many calls from his well-wishers who got worried about his health.
