
Telangana Exhibitors have announced that they wouldn't showcase Peddi, in their properties if the movie producer doesn't accept percentage system over rental. They have stated that the single screens are bleeding enough for them to stay silent. They also remarked that from Hari Hara Veera Mallu, they have been promised a solution but it is taking more time than ever and they need it before Peddi release.
The Ram Charan film is one of the highly anticipated films and it is anticipated to rejuvenate theatres with massive crowds after a complete lackluster Summer season. But this exhibitor vs producer clash over percentage and rental system, which is being seen as a targeted campaign against Mythri Movie Makers, has become a headache for the big film's smooth release.
Well, in the presence of Allu Aravind, exhibitors met Megastar Chiranjeevi at his residence. They all submitted their side of the argument and their list of demands. Chiranjeevi promised them to address each one with producers and also, asked them to not take the matter to press, hereafter.
He also stated that he is ready to speak with Venkata Satish Kilaru and Mythri producers to clear all the issues. Allu Aravind, Asian Suniel, Varanasi producer KL Narayana have also joined the meeting and they talked about the issues further at depth.
