SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 The Conclusion is the highest grossing film in India. During Tubelight movie promotions, the only question superstar Salman Khan was repeatedly asked was whether his film will break Baahubali records for which the actor said it may.

Nonetheless, Tubelight which is releasing today has got lukewarm response from premiere shows and as per reports in Bollywood media the movie may tank at box office as it doesn’t have any pleasing elements for mass fans of Salman Khan. Thus, Baahubali records are safe for now.

Expectations are huge on Tubelight as Salman and director Kabir Khan’s previous film Bajrangi Bhaijaan was a sensational hit. But coming to Tubelight, in which the director and the star set their sights on China, it is not to be.

Irrespective of critics mixed or negative response, Salman Khan films do wonders at BO. Nonetheless, it may not happen this time as the film lacks commercial ingredients.
