Updated : Apr 20, 2026

Vijay Deverakonda is taking a bold step toward elevating Indian cinema to a global level. He is teaming up with “Hi Nanna” fame director Shouryuv for a massive global project. Notably, several top international technicians are working on this film.

The prestigious project is being produced under the Vyra banner. The film was formally launched today in Hyderabad with a traditional pooja ceremony, where Natural Star Nani sounded the clap for the muhurat shot. The recently released announcement poster has already created high expectations.

The film brings together an impressive technical crew: Alejandro Martinez, who has worked on Hollywood projects like “House of the Dragon” and “Fallout,” serves as the Director of Photography. Eric Durst, known for his work on “Gods of Egypt,” “Batman Forever,” and “Snowpiercer,” is the VFX Supervisor. Suresh Selvarajan, who worked on films like “Animal” and “Om Shanti Om,” is the Production Designer.

Music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, known for several hit films. Like films such as “Varanasi” and “Raaka,” which aimed to bring global recognition to Indian cinema, this Vijay Deverakonda–Shouryuv project is also striving for international appeal. Set against a mythological universe backdrop, the film promises to present audiences with an entirely new world.
