Pradeep Ranganathan LIK facing financial troubles?

Pradeep Ranganthan has delivered three blockbusters back to back, Comali, Love Today and Dragon. He is currently working on Love Insurance Kompany aka LIK, and Dude. Anirudh Ravichandran's single Dheema has created good buzz for the film. Vignesh Shivn, husband of Nayanthara, is writing and directing the film.
The movie has been said to be facing financial troubles. Reports suggest that the director has gone over budget by 40%, as the movie is a science fiction. Krithi Shetty, SJ Suryah are playing other leading roles in the film. Lalit Kumar is producing the movie and reports suggest the pre-release business is not complete.
As the movie went over budget by 40%, the makers are unable to find the perfect buyers, distributors, say the reports. Due to these financial troubles, LIK could be postponed from 18th September, state reports. Also, Dude movie is scheduled for Diwali and LIK can't take that date to attract buyers.
While Dragon has become one of the biggest blockbusters of Tamil Cinema, of this year, post Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly, still LIK facing such issues is surprising Tamil Industry bigwigs. We have to wait and see, how the movie will progress further.
