Celina Jaitly has responded in a powerful tone after receiving legal notices from estranged husband Peter Haag and father-in-law Wolfgang Haag amid their ongoing divorce and child custody proceedings. In a public statement, Celina said her legal team had already replied to the notices and described them as an attempt to divert attention from concerns she had raised through legal channels. 

She maintained that speaking about her experiences and approaching authorities should not be treated as defamation. The actress also questioned why objections to public discussion surfaced only after she began sharing her side of the story. According to her, public visibility around the family had not previously been considered an issue.

Celina further stated that her primary focus remains the wellbeing of her children. She reiterated that she supports an amicable resolution and joint custody but claimed she continues to face challenges in maintaining contact during the legal process. Calling the notices an attempt to silence her, Celina said she would continue pursuing the matter through lawful means. The case remains under legal consideration in Austria.
