Ajith Kumar, the biggest star of Tamil Cinema, delivered a huge blockbuster with Good Bad Ugly. But the actor's next has been taking time for announcement. According to some reports, the actor is putting some unrealistic conditions to producers, hence, it is taking time for the movie to officially be confirmed. 

While Adhik Ravichandran is almost confirmed to be the director of the film, who made GBU. Fans of the actor are happy that the director will again look to present Ajith in a larger-than-life role. But the reports suggest that the director is also finding it difficult to get a producer for this project. 

Mythri Movie Makers had an issue with Adhik while completing GBU and hence, they are asking for some adjustments to budget. Also, they are re-negotiating Ajith's remuneration as they faced some losses with GBU in markets other than Tamil language. While this discussion is going on, few other producers are afraid of Ajith conditions, it seems. 

Ajith has asked them to give 60% of the remuneration before he signs. Also, he is asking them to give post dated checks for the remaining amount. This has become an issue for the producers as they cannot be certain about honoring checks during shoot. He is asking for them to clear the remuneration before post production. 

As shooting issues could drag on and post production could bring some other issues, they are thinking about if these kind of conditions unrealistic. On top of it, Ajith is ready to only give 4-5 months of dates and due to that producers have to put in a lot of money to make it as big as a director wishes to make. 

Looking at all this, producers are unable to give a go ahead for next Ajith film, it seems. Producer Ishari Ganesh has walked out of the proposition to make a film with Ajith in Adhik's direction, due to these conditions, it seems. Some reports suggest Adhik is in discussions with Prabhu and Ram Ganesan for this film. 

They have been running Shivaji Productions, established by their father legendary actor Shivaji Ganesan. They revived it after a gap with Chandramukhi but stopped after Ajith's Aasal disastrous result. As they are planning to make a comeback, doing it with Ajith's biggie would be a great pay-off. 

We have to wait and see, if these reports turn out to be true or false. While Ajith is busy with his preparation for next race, the actor is ready to participate in shoot from October ending till April, say recent reports.
