"The Kerala Story" has become a hot topic in Indian cinema. Due to various reasons, this film was not released in Pan India languages and now it is running only in Hindi in many places.

 

But this movie also got a solid word of mouth just like the previous sensational hit movie "The Kashmir Files" and collected more than 8 crores on the first day. It seems that this movie has registered sensational collections on the second day as well.

 

The Kerala story, on the second day, it took a jump of more than 50 percent and on day 2, the trade is said to have earned 12 crore gross all over India. With this one can understand how popular this film is.

 

On one hand, even though the shows are being cancelled, the audience is still coming to see them in other theatres. Adah Sharma, Siddhi Idnani and others played key roles in this film and it was directed by Sudeepto Sen.
