Tamil Directors giving Shock to Tollywood Heroes
Updated : Jul 17, 2022
It is well known that recent Tollywood star heroes have expressed interest in performing for Tamil directors. Star heroes believe that by giving Kollywood directors a chance, they can expand the Telugu and Tamil language markets. However, it is noteworthy that the claim that Tamil directors are shocking Tollywood heroes is broadly known in industry circles.
Fewer offers in Tamil have prompted Tamil directors to focus on Tollywood. Lingusamy's film The Warrior, which starred Ram Pothineni as the hero, did not perform as well at the box office as was anticipated.
Comments indicate that Ram failed by putting his faith in Lingusamy, who has struggled for the past few years. Notably, the talk is not going as expected, and the fans are experiencing some unhappiness as well. After the weekend, it's possible that this movie's box office receipts will fall even lower.
Ruler, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna directed by KS Ravikumar, did not perform as well at the box office as anticipated. Despite creating a lot of buzz, the Mahesh and AR Murugadoss collaboration miserably failed at the box office. Spyder, a bilingual film, also failed to perform as well at the Tamil box office as anticipated.
Although Shankar is directing Ram Charan's 15th movie, which has the working title of RC15, it is still unknown how well the movie will perform at the box office. Netizens argue that as long as the story is incredible, there is nothing wrong with Tollywood stars giving other language directors a chance.
