Gorgeous and talented actress Samantha's new movie Yashoda is all set for a grand theatrical release on November 11, 2022. Directed by Hari and Harish, the film stars Unni Mukundan in a key role. While promoting Yashoda, the actress gave an update on her health condition. It is known that she is recovering from Myositis, the auto-immune disorder she has been suffering from.

 

The actress began by saying that there are some good days and there are some bad days. "Some days, I don't think I'll even get to take a step. Looking back a few days, I feel like I've come a long way. "I'm here, and I have to fight."

 

Lots of high-dose medications, long days, and trips to the doctor. Some days are so hard that I think it's okay to not be your best. It is okay to be vulnerable, she continued.

 

Speaking about the articles about her health. She said "There are lots of articles about my health condition that state that this disease is life threatening, but I am still alive and it is not required to exaggerate this condition as life threatening."

 

Speaking about the film, she said "YASHODA is a Fast-paced surprising thriller with amazing action sequences along with Manisharma Gari music. It's a theatrical experience film. You will get what you want, what you expect & what you did not expect also in the film."

 

"When given the option of choosing between dance & fights, I will always go with fights & action sequences. If there is an action sequence for me within the next 2 days, I will be ready and pumped up with excitement. It's Badass," she continued.

 

When it comes to Yashoda, the film stars Rao Ramesh, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Murali Sharma, Sampath, Kalpika, Divya Sripada and others in pivotal roles. Produced by Sridevi Movies on a grand scale, this pan Indian thriller is composed by Mani Sharma.
