Tollywood biggie Bro starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej in the lead roles, hit the screens yesterday. The film is the official remake of the Tamil film Vinodhaya Sitham. Samuthirakani, who helmed the original, directed this remake too. Star director Trivikram penned the dialogues and screenplay.

As per the PR, the film packed a good total on its day one in Andhra Pradesh. Bro has amassed a share of 14 crores from Andhra and Ceded regions. The collections are exclusive of the GST amount.

The film collected solid amount in Nizam area. Totally, the film minted massive 30 crores share which is solid considering the film's prospect and mixed talk. The movie is expected to perform well over the weekend.

Bro is the 25th film of People Media Factory, headed by TG Vishwa Prasad. Vivek Kuchibotla co-produced the film, which also stars Ketika Sharma, Priya Prakash Varrier, Raja Chembolu, and others in key roles. Thaman, who previously scored tunes for Pawan’s Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak, rendered the music for this fantasy drama.
